So, after I moved back home, I realized that in a short amount of hours (roughly 72), I would be moving back to SD. I’m going back TODAY at approximately 3, and will be in my new living quarters by tonight.
Soooo, it was pretty much a jam-packed weekend. I tried to see as many people as I could… if I didn’t get to see you, I’ll miss you! You can visit me anytime in San Diego. On Thursday Jerick & Brian Vo came over and we watched two movies (The Karate Kid, which was kind of predictable but still good, and the Debut, which was drama-filled but good as well). After that, we got Yogi’s! Yum! I love Yogi’s. Then I went to Amy’s house, at which point we watched Glee (or one of us did). Then Earle picked us up to go to the mall – Annie was there, who I hadn’t seen in a long time, so it was a good chance to see her again. We did absolutely nothing at the mall, and then came back and that was that.
The next day I was supposed to visit Rancho, but I went to Earle’s house. And we kind of lagged due to ride issues, so we decided not to go. Later, I went to the mall with my sisters to buy black/khaki pants for work as well as a new laundry hamper (my other one broke cause I jammed too many clothes in it). Later, I played boardgames at my house with Tran, Theresa and her boyfriend (Tim Owens), George, and Thiep. Naturally we played in teams, me and George (white-mexican alliance) vs. Thiep & Tran (Asians), and Tim/Theresa (another white-mexican alliance). We played Cranium…. and I won! I <24 Boardgames. haha. Even though they get dull afte ra while.
Then on Saturday to make up for my lack of visiting Rancho I went to Baccalaureate (Earle dropped me off), and then I watched the whole thing. I particularly liked the last speech if anyone happens to know what I’m talking about. Then I saw lots of class of ’09 people (Nhi, Dolly, Kevin, Soo, Annie, Julie, Danny, Tuan, Catherine, Erica, Hanh, Mimi, Becky, Mindy, Ricky, Kimberly Vu/Nguyen, Michelle etc.). Then Ricky & Mindy gave me a ride home. Then me & George/Kennedy were at my house playing with the Wii – specifically Wii Bowling and Golf (I lost both… To George… and kennedy… wtf). Then I went to the movies to watch Up with Class of 2009 people (as well as George and Kennedy). Up was a good movie, although occassionaly sad at times. It was a pleasant surprise as well to see Sonny there (babysitting, wtf?). Anyway, after taking a glimpse at the 2009 yearbook, I have to say it sucks. But their class is definitely more united and less fragile than the class of 2008. Oh well. That’s all for now. I’ll be back maybe later tonight or tomorrow to blog about moving in to ERC for th esummer.
