FRIDAY. In the morning, George, Jose, and Earle came over and we just chilled for most parts of the day. After George left for work, and Jose left for…. me & Earle went to get crepes. Oh my God. Because it was buy one get one free at Genkei living, we had to go to crepe corner instead, because of a massive line that existed. But we met a new friend, Thao Dau, subsequently. Failure soon came with the Rancho’s Variety Show hosted by CSF attended by Thiep, Earle, and I. Now, not to bag on high school students and all… but seriously, the first thing you need to do before you make a talent show or something is to make sure the AUDIO is clear and understandable to the audience. Sigh, it was somewhat disappointing, but I enjoyed watching Mally sing!. Not to mention we bumped into a few former friends in the form of: Nina Ha (whom me & Thiep bought our tickets from), Earle’s Cousin Dinah, her best friend Jessica, Tina, Jennifer Huynh, Jennifer Quach, Teresa, Ngan & Danny, Tuan & Kimberly, and Mally Vu! Not to mention I totally bagged on Ms. Lockhart asking her how the clippers were doing, to which she hit me and was like “STOP! You know!”. Apparently they sucked, and I did not know because they suck every year, dammit! Oh well, at least we got to see some former friends :). The night ended up being redeemed as we went to Starbucks later, and getting Dominoe’s as well (Thiep’s friend gave us a discount); Jose & George joined up… and later did Earle’s brother Brandon to which we went karaoking for 2 hours (until Tony joined us). We sang such songs as “I gotta Feeling”, “Bad Romance”, “Don’t Stop Believing”, “Dreaming of you”, “Party in the USA”, and “Somewhere only we know”. The night ended strong, and I got some much needed sleep.

SATURDAY. Last real day of break. Not much happened in the day time except a couple of naps, a failure of a movie called “Elizabethtown” that bored me to death… But the night again redeemed the day as we went to Regals to watch a movie. We decided soon afterwards to go to the block instead. In attendance was Jose, his sister, Earle, Tiana, Thiep, John Nguyen, and surprise surprise… BRIAN NGUYEN. We went to Kyotori, something we seem to do everytime Brian comes… and I got my chicken teriyaki bowl yet again. YUM :D. We headed to the block, where we would subsequently watch “How to tame your dragon” in 3D. I couldn’t believe it was actually $15.50. WTF IS UP WITH THAT PRICE?! Must be the economy. Yah, it was fun. THe movie in itself was cute, and if it taught me anything about chasing girls it’s that… having a dragon = good; having a dragon = having a car; having a car = getting girl; And the way it must feel to ride a dragon must be the same way to ride a motorcycle, scary as heck! The night ended, we took a group picture, and all went home. Bittersweet ending.

Sunday. I left at 10:30 AM and came back to SD at about roughly 12:30. It was somewhat bittersweet…. BREAK was way too short :(. When I went back I unpacked everything and was ready bored for a while. I set up my free xbox360 and all. Katie came over and me, katie, and howard played risk for a couple hours until Howard killed me off. And then Lauren came over and we talked for a couple hours… anddd… Then we had dinner, John Torres came over…. Tyler came over… and we discussed various things from healthcare to politics to mexicans to bsu to AS elections (Vote john condello!), and other stuff including race. I am NOT excited for class tomorrow though :(.
As for the future, I will be providing blogs on an inconsistent basis from time to time whenever it is considered important. Also, I will provide MONTHLY blogs from now on for you all to see. :D. First day of class tomorrow as well as work. And 24! My break in essence was short, fun, but ending.
