Ever since the fall of 24, FOX has been steadily declining as my favorite network. After its cancellation of The O.C., I was disappointed. Now, with 24 and Simon Cowell gone from American Idol, the decline of quality of the Simpsons, the only redeeming show FOX has left in my book is Glee.
However, I will do a plug right now and say there are key shows on the 4 major broadcast networks that I want everyone to check out and watch because they look slightly interesting.
1. NBC’s The Event.
This show is basically 24 + Lost.
2. ABC’s No Ordinary Family.
Having seen the pilot for this show already, I know this show will be successful because it has a ton of heart, soul, and good character development in it.
3. FOX’s Lone-Star.
4. CBS’s Hawaii 5-O
Oh What do you knowwwwwwwww, it’s a re-make! And based on the classic show Hawaii 5-O, it looks okay, but I still have my reservations.
In the spirit of Dallas, a show about an oil tycoon might just been something that will be a captivating success.
