What you are seeing an image of is my last purchase at Earl’s… and subsequently my last purchase using Dining Dollars ever on campus. It’s been a fun three years, but I think it’s about time to say goodbye, and to say hello to microwave meals. Just kidding…

What did I do today? Took my finals, obviously! I woke up, and then took my HIUS131 final, which wasn’t too bad, but took two hours of consistent writing to finish. Afterwards, I ate at Pines for lunch, and went to Geisel to study, where I fell asleep. Geetha somehow magically bumped into me, and woke me up, and we studied for a bit. I had my last official meal for dinner at Pines, yet again, before heading into my COCU125 final, which wasn’t too bad, but also took two hours of consistent writing to finish. OWW for my hand. FINALS DONE. I went back to my apartment to pack for a bit, before I went to Earl’s for one last time with Amul. Apparently, I purchased a drink, which left me with 70 cents left, but I was allowed to split my mealpoints and share with Amul an ice cream bar (essentially meaning he paid for half of the ice cream). I met up with Geetha afterwards and we went to Burger King to eat, back to her apartment so I could grab a few of her essentials plus a printer, and then went back to my place, where she said farewell to Amul… forever. We went to Price Center where we bumped into Bee-John and made fun of him for a while (obviously), and then went back to Geetha’s place where I watched her pack, essentially. The end!

History
On June 7th, 1955, The $64,000 Question” the popular US television game show that reached the number one rating spot in 1955 / 1956 began. The contestant would choose a category to answer questions then be asked questions in the chosen category. Each question answered correctly would double the amount of money earned starting at $1, and going up to $64,000 after 17 correct answers. Too bad it all was a hoax…

Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul reports collecting more than $1 million in an online fundraising blitz that attacks Mitt Romney, the front-runner in the GOP presidential field. Internet-fueled “money bombs” have become a tradition for Paul, a Texas congressman making his third run for the White House. In 2007, he raised a staggering $6 million in a single day to aid his unsuccessful 2008 bid for the GOP nomination. MMHMM.
