Today I stayed home alone for a majority of the day, but fortunately for me, no burglars came to attack me. I decided to just have a day alone to think about life and to see if I could last independently, and…. I think I survived. My brother would bring home food in between so I didn’t starve (which included KFC & Jack in the Box). I hope I don’t get fat when I get back to S.D from all this junk. I better enjoy it while it lasts though, because I’m going to have a lot of terrible cooked meals when I get back… (when I fail at cooking).
So what did I do at home? I watched 3 movies, and played a ton of Internet Games. Mr. Smith goes to Washington was a great movie, and I truly believe that there are no honest politicians in Washington today (sadly enough, except for Ron Paul). Requiem for a Dream was super depressing, and a highly overrated flick for druggies, I believe (but it had great music). Finally, 12 Angry Men was a decent movie, although everything that the jurors did in the jury room was technically illegal. I guess that’s beside the point of the movie though. After my sister got home, she made me dinner, as I ended the night playing a multitude of games alone (TETRIS FTW). I tried to go in and out all day to get some air, taking a picture of my backyard… the same backyard that used to have a slide and swing in the same place as the picture I took, but sadly got removed at some point when I was away in college. My other sisters, mommy, and daddy come back tomorrow night. Yay <24.

The Hovercraft ( SRN-1 ) which is still at the experimental level is just 29ft long, but developers believe the technology will allow the production of full scale Hovercraft capable of speeds 50 knots and up to 300 ft long. The SR-N1 Hovercraft was designed by Sir Christopher Cockerell. HRM…. |

| U.S. Rep. Anthony Weiner, who has been under fire after admitting to inappropriate communications with women online, has decided to seek treatment “to focus on becoming a better husband and healthier person,” his spokeswoman said Saturday. While the New York congressman seeks treatment at an undisclosed location, he will take a “short leave of absence” from Congress, Risa Heller said in a statement. Can the news seriously start covering something else? |
