Day 320: Checkers & ICRA

November 16th, 2011Today was somewhat of a small reunion within the realm of the NRHH-ICRA world. After going to EHS in the morning I proceeded directly to a WTCC meeting. I went to Geisel afterwards, then Geetha’s place, then library walk to do an “issues straw poll” for Ron Paul Club. We surveyed a ton of people, as I walked Cody back up to the YAL office to return the tables and canopy. I went back to Geetha’s place afterwards before we ultimately decided to crash the ICRA Res-Council Dinner (featuring Punjabi Tandoori). We endured a lengthy NRHH meeting, the first I’ve been to all year, then played checkers where I lost (as pictured above), before getting seperated (assigned seating) during the Res-Council dinner – where I also talked to Windi, Jesus, Bee-John, and Rosario. After getting delicious food and listening to some not-so-delicious updates, me and Geetha went home, walking back with Bee-John, Jesus, and some freshman. We failed in making cookies instead going to Caroline’s place to deliver her food, and then Bill’s event in the Lodge to learn some dancing. Needless to say, I suck at all types of dance. We ended the night on a high note just relaxing the best we could.
