Diligence is an essential skill in all aspects of live involving being able to focus and concentrate persistently to achieve the completion of various tasks at hand.

This was a relatively easy week for a couple of reasons:
1) Make a List of things to do and stick with them. Done and Done.
2) Remove distractions. Staying focused on one task at a time is big, and I prevented myself from doing so by refraining from an overuse of my mobile device.
3) Prioritize. Push back things of lower importance. Obviously pursuing my future career is a big now, so instead of having sufficient alone/socializing time, I have kept that in back alley as far as my list of priorities.
4) Use time efficiently. Planned and planned, according to my weekly planner, as well as my calendar for the month (Google docs).

5) Devote yourself. I am quite committed to everything I have on my plate at this point.
6) Be realistic. I am obviously not going to go beyond my means. Getting a 4th job would be out of question, but volunteering on weekends is still feasible.
7) Realize the value of hard work. Everything I’m doing is related to my future career in some way so there is no doubt in my mind I’m doing virtually everything right.
The End Result: With due diligence, I will obtain overarching happiness in the long run. I give myself an A for the week.
