If 10,000 steps is what I set out to accomplish every day in 2014, 30 minutes of additional physical activity every day is necessary to maintain proper health. Sadly, I failed this week, but I did manage to AVERAGE over 30 minutes based on my activities on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday.

^ The chart above isn’t exactly accurate since it starts the week off on a Sunday (even though I end every week on a Sunday unofficially on my blog).

Whatever the case, I’m ready to continue Project health with a vengeance. I just bought a gym pass at Chuze Fitness and plan to use it at least four days a week. More updates to come.
