The fray will provide the music for this week’s portion of this year’s project. Happy Father’s Day to all the wonderful dads out there, including my own. Though he was never the most affectionate dad, or never really was vocal about things (such as feelings), he was definitely a hard-working one, and had my best interests at heart.
I had a long day of relaxation and recuperation after the events of yesterday. It included mostly staying indoors, playing PS4, watching Netflix, attempting to watch “Inside Out” at regals with my niece (but failing because it was sold out), and taking a leisurely stroll around my neighborhood.
To celebrate Father’s Day we ate Korean BBQ at home as well as Beef Salad, Corn, and some Flan.
Someday I’ll be a Father myself. Until then, I will just have to hang out with my nieces and nephews, whom I forced to beat levels in Need for Speed for me today. And that’s enough for now.
