Happy Labor Day to all the hard-working Americans out there. This week’s theme is INSTRUMENTALS, also known as music without lyrics. To ease into it, I choose one of my favorite songs’ instrumental Youtube Cover, The Killer’s Mr. Brightside.
Perfectly capturing the mood of my Sunday, I felt my destiny calling me as I engaged in a long list of things including:
- PHO & Grocery shopping with my family + Tastea with my sister!
- Starbucks STUDY / Lesson Planning Session with SD Peeps!
- Boardgames (Carcassonne + Tokaido) with friends and family
- Eggrolls for dinner 🙂
My friend visited from San Jose so we attempted to go bowling with Rancho peeps but failed (the lanes were full). Instead, we opted for a conversation of drinks and boardgames back at my place till the wee hours of 2AM in the morning. My friend is gone now, but I’m sure we’ll keep in touch. Because of this moment, I’m Mr. Brightside.
