As the penultimate day in my Fall Break, I quite enjoyed my time with family and friends. It gave me the ability to count my blessings, and see the reality of where I am in my life. The long lost dreams and broken hearts of the past have brought me to a present state in which I’m quite comfortable with myself.
Family Moment #1: Doing the Spicy Noodle challenge was rather tough, yet survivable.
Friends Moment #1: Catching up with old friends from UCSD is always enjoyable. We watched a free movie screening at the Block called “Boss Baby”. It was just okay.
Friends Moment #2: Seven Leaves & Of course some Settlers of Catan.
Family Moment #2: An Epic Engagement Dinner with my family and the lovely couple (NAM & ANNIE). And let’s not forget the dessert at After’s Ice Cream!
The broken road of the past has paved the way for a much needed straight and fixed road of the future.
