Is my place of current employment a paradise? Probably not. I did however take some students to Yogurtland as a reward for helping me move my classroom. Yay for free Yogurt!

A true paradise of course lies in hanging out with adults and having serious conversations about racial inequality and politics (over a few drinks of course). And of course talking how we, as teachers, could best the change the world in which we live – to create an ultimately better paradise.
When she was just a girl
She expected the world
But it flew away from her reach
And the bullets catch in her teeth
Life goes on, it gets so heavy
The wheel breaks the butterfly
Every tear a waterfall
In the night the stormy night she’ll close her eyes
In the night the stormy night away she’d fly
