It’s unbelievable how much things have changed in terms of technology since I was a kid (90’s) to now. Who would have imagined the pervasiveness of the Internet, and the advancement of technology everywhere? I can only imagine what will be the next “hip thing” by the time I get old and fade into obscurity.
It’s also unbelievable, but I cooked twice today! – once to meal prep for the week (Spaghetti), and once for dinner (Dumplings & Rice). Not exactly the healthiest of meals, but a step up from eating out all the time!
