Today I had the pleasure of introducing to coworkers the wonderful world of Phil’s BBQ. It was quite a nice, elegant, and peaceful experience, free from the echoes of the rowdy children of Rise.
It was rather unfortunate then that this is the first time Phil’s BBQ is giving me a huge stomach ache. The head ache that superseded it came from driving in traffic, and it created a horrible combination. Maybe this will refrain me from going to Phil’s for a little while.
Afterwards we went to Cream to fulfill our second stomach’s desire for dessert. We explored Pacific Beach before looking ultimately at the ocean and discussing our potential concerns and futures.
It was a very peaceful and wonderful day overall! I love these coworkers.
Later, I went to recover with stomach and headache medicine at my sister’s house, while simultaneously hijacking their internet.
