My homemade meal of the day was Vermicelli Noodles with Egg Rolls, a traditional Vietnamese style dish. Nobody can beat the egg rolls created by my mother, which will forever be my favorite egg rolls of all time. The picture does not do it justice, because of my terrible photography skills.
Logan was a super dark, yet super enjoyable movie. Certainly one of the best X-Men movies (if not the best one, of all time).
Cancelling out my meals is a quick visit to Planet Fitness. Of course I made all those calories with one quick visit to Eureka! for Orange County’s Restaurant Week. It wasn’t…. that good, to be honest. I’d much rather eat In&Out.
Yet the best burger I’ve ever had is still Gordon Ramsay’s Burgr in Las Vegas.
