Today, I encountered the worst Yoga instructor ever.
After work, many of the teachers were forced to go on a mandatory hot Yoga session, where the yoga instructor went way too quickly, called me out like 4 times for doing the moves incorrectly, and was very rude and condescending.
I definitely broke a sweat in the process.
After that lame session, I caught up with Mr. Nathaniel Hanna himself. Glad he’s making name for himself out of Bright Star.
