In San Diego today I first went to Snooze
For some delicious brunch
I didn’t have a Mimoso or booze
It would be clearly too much – a bunch
And then we went to Sea World
The boringest amusement park of all
The sea lions were cool and made me hurl
And I liked staring at fish on walls
The main attraction of course was dinner
Connecting with old friends
Everyone was nice and a winner
And were following their own life trends
Some are getting married in the future
Who I haven’t seen since…. ever
Some are already married and are moochers
And I hope I’m friends with all of them forever
Phil’s BBQ will always be in my heart
As will my friends who I have taken there
Until then I will have to part
And get away from all these squares.
