Life is a Beautiful is a happy movie that transcends into tragedy as the father and his son are sent to the internment camps of Nazi Germany. Luckily for me, I only experienced the happy portions of that movie today, as I went to my nephew Leo’s birthday.

Here is him with the properly given birthday gift. A truck with a bunch of cars inside, none of which I have gotten into an accident with. Also, it is better than my sisters gift which was a dumb train set.
It was a nice party overall, full of various Vietnamese dishes and equally annoying Vietnamese people. My other nephew Thomas refused to come inside after his mom forced him to go. That incident was reminiscent of my previous life experience so I told my mom to promptly bring him food outside, which he ate. It was funny seeing my niece cry cause she didn’t get any birthday gifts herself.

After that, the beauty of the day mostly continued with a nap, a shopping spree at Downtown Disney with the sole purpose of nabbing a Mother’s Day gift, and finally a trip to my favorite cinemas for none other than the 2nd Guardians of the Galaxy. I am patiently awaiting it now as we speak. Toodles.
