There’s lots of American Idiots out there, and I encountered a few today in my everyday interactions.
Firstly, there’s me, who was super sick, and chose to go to a party anyway. Terrible mistake. It ended up being super awkward, but I’ll get into that later. Also, I went shopping for a bunch of equipment at REI in the hopes of being well situated for next week’s camping trip with the students. Yipeee.
Happy Father’s Day to my favorite dad, who just happens to have not been an American Idiot himself, but has raised one.
Afterwards, I went to Del Taco. Their California Burrito sucks FYI, but it had a nice atmosphere there. I guess.
Then, I went to the strangest party setting I’ve been to in a while. It was kind of weird, especially when a bunch of strangers came to me asking where I go to school. And I awkwardly answer…. “I’m done with school.” LOL. Needless to say, most were outside of my age range. It was fun reuniting with these two sorostitutes at least though.
I hope all these American Idiots took care of themselves last night.
