Over dinner at Chadolpoong, Victoria and I had some brief time to catchup. But one of the standout portions of the conversations was when she mentioned her company GOAT, which specializes in authenticating sneakers for people to buy online from one another. I wish her luck in her endeavors as the company continues to expand and grow.
Though we don’t see each other very often, we both agree that friends don’t need to see each other all the time, as long as they can catch up in a way that feels like the friendship never ended. We met years ago in Circle K at Cal State Fullerton (I won’t forget playing Slenderman!), had a brief time period where we didn’t talk at all, but eventually rekindled and continued off where we left off. Here’s to hoping we can see each other again soon and grow our friendship as employees in the city of Los Angeles.
