Good luck to Kimberlie, who is the CEO of her own startup company Prime Roots. Having majored in biology at UC Berkeley, the company is pretty early in its infancy. However, its specializes in creating food that is animal free, sustainable, and does not have any GMOs.
Being that I’m allergic to seafood, I ate their “Spicy Tuna” (obviously Vegan and made of anything but fish), and it tasted pretty good. For a meat lover like myself, that is an accomplishment, as I helped to prep the food during a volunteer event.
