Day 231: Tim Owens’ Parenting Advice

Tim Owens believes that parenting is truly not something that can be taught. The basis of that belief is the idea that all children are inherently different. Thaddeus, his 2-year old son, is a rather unique creature, and as he continues parenting him, he seeks to be the enforcer of rules within the household.

Like a good parent should, he feels guilty if he gives Thaddeus too much technology to consume on a day by day basis. I definitely agree with him, and feel that by the time these students come to middle school, their attention span will be super short because of all the media they have consumed from childhood and beyond.

I wish him the best of luck as he continues to raise Thaddeus, and hope to continue to attend 100% of his birthday parties in the future.
