On one of our earliest adventures we had the pleasure of going to the Hollywood Bowl. The occassion was to watch the Sound of Music and sing along to the lyrics with thousands of other people. It was fun, even if I was very off-key for most of the songs. My favorite songs from that movie would probably be Do-Re-Mi or “the one “So Long Farewell”. Of course the movie takes a dark turn towards the end, but I’m glad they were able to escape the Nazis.
Someday, I hope to go back there for a full concert.
