When I was a child, my parents used to go grocery shopping every Sunday. Those times have now changed, and they seem to go grocery shopping on Saturdays now for whatever reason.
Yet, I still remember eating with them either Pho or Com Tam whenever I accompanied them on the trips. It was mostly boring and uneventful, but at least I was well fed for the most part.
As of right now I go grocery shopping every week with Katherine for the sole purpose of meal prepping for the rest of the week. When we live in our own I imagine we’ll be doing much more boring grocery shopping than ever before.
For future contexts I’ve never been a fan of Ralph’s or Albertson’s and avoid going to such places. My favorite grocery stores were Stater Brothers and Food4Less, and more-so Costco now that I have a membership and use their gas.
