Here’s a flashback to when I traveled to Zermatt, Switzerland and took a picture on top of a mountain in a Pikachu shirt. It’s the real life version of Disney’s Matterhorn!
It was truly an unforgettable experience being on top the world. The town of Zermatt is notable for snowboarding in the winter, but it was still beautiful when I visited in the summer of 2017. The town itself is a car-free zone, making it an ideal place to explore on foot or by bike. I hope to be able to visit more mountains sometime in the future, most notably in Japan (Mt. Fiji) and Peru (Machu Picchu). Someday.
